Cecilia discovered the Pilates method in 2005 while she was looking for a technique to help improve her core strength, body awareness and conditioning for Tango dance.
Her classes are energetic and fun, and with her is a warm and encouraging approach, Cecilia always challenges her clients to do their best and get the most from each session.
In 2011, before moving to New Zealand, she completed her first Classical Pilates course in Argentina at Movimiento Pilates School. Later on, she obtained her certification in reformer and mat Pilates with Stability Plus Pilates.
Cecilia has been working for Peak since 2013, although an opportunity to develop her love to travel came up near the end of 2017, where she started working as a tour driver-guide, combining this activity and part-time instructing.
Despite Cecilia’s background in ballet and jazz dance, she fell in love with Tango when she first discovered it almost 20 years ago.
In her spare time she also loves travelling, yoga, dancing, nature and meditation.
