Sina graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Physiotherapy. He has gained valuable experience through working across a range of clinical settings including the Emergency Department and Clinical Decisions Unit at Auckland City Hospital, Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy in Greenlane Clinical Centre, and a private Neurological Rehab clinic.
Sina is a firm believer in the holistic principle of health promotion which is key to delivering patient-centred care and formulating an effective recovery strategy. The cornerstone of his treatment approach to support clients in optimising function and improving quality of life is a well-balanced combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise based prescription, and Pilates.
Prior to completing his physiotherapy degree, Sina obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Queen Mary University of London and worked as a consultant in Dubai. Sina is fluent in Farsi and English; he also has limited working proficiency level of Arabic and Urdu.
Apart from physiotherapy, Sina is passionate about football, enjoys going to the gym as well as travelling.
